Billing and invoices
CataSEO bills monthly through different channels depending on your platform.
How CataSEO bills
- Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Amazon, and CSV-only accounts — billed through Stripe.
- Wix — billed through the Wix App Market.
In all cases, prices are the same. Studio 1119 absorbs the Wix App Market fee so Wix merchants don’t pay extra.
Stripe-billed accounts
View and download invoices
Open the Stripe customer portal from your CataSEO dashboard (Subscription & Tokens → manage billing). You can:
- View past and current invoices
- Download invoices as PDFs
- See upcoming charges
Update your payment method
Update your card or other payment details through the Stripe customer portal. Changes take effect immediately and apply to future renewals.
Cancel your subscription
From the Stripe customer portal or directly from the Subscription & Tokens page, click Cancel Subscription. Cancellation can be immediate or at the end of the current billing period (Stripe lets you choose). Either way:
- Batch processing stops at cancellation.
- Your remaining express and batch tokens stay in your account and can still be used.
- Your SEO profile and product data are retained per our retention policy.
Wix-billed accounts
Billing is managed through Wix App Market, not CataSEO.
- Invoices and payment methods: managed in your Wix dashboard, not in CataSEO.
- Cancellation: you must cancel from the Wix dashboard. CataSEO can’t cancel a Wix subscription on your behalf.
When you cancel from Wix, CataSEO is notified automatically and stops batch processing.
Refunds
CataSEO doesn’t have an automatic refund policy. For refund requests, contact support and describe the situation — we handle these case by case.
Automatic token credits: If you edit a product directly on your storefront while a CataSEO optimization for that product is still in the review queue, CataSEO assumes the optimization is no longer needed, rolls it back, and refunds one batch token automatically.
FAQ
Where do I find my invoices? Stripe-billed: through the Stripe customer portal, accessible from the Subscription & Tokens page in your CataSEO dashboard. Wix-billed: through your Wix dashboard.
I was billed but my tokens didn’t appear — what now? Wait a few minutes — webhook delivery from Stripe or Wix can take a moment. If tokens still haven’t appeared after 10 minutes, contact support with your invoice number.
Can I switch from monthly to annual billing? Not currently. CataSEO bills monthly only.
My payment failed — what happens? See Payment failed.
Can I get a refund? Contact support and describe your situation. We don’t have an automatic refund policy but we handle requests case by case.
